Mr. Muhammad Riaz

Mr. Muhammad Riaz, Senior Member National Council, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association has been appointed as Chief Commissioner, PBSA by H.E. the President & Chief Scout of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 

Mr. Muhammad Riaz is known for his long-standing dedication to social values and public service. With a deep-rooted background in community development, he has made significant contributions to grassroots initiatives, consistently working with integrity and commitment. In addition, he is serving as the Chief Executive of PBSA, where he is playing a key role in promoting youth development and promotion of scouting, across the country. His active involvement in social causes reflects his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people, earning him widespread respect in community circles.

With his continuous support and guidance PBSA is improving in the requirements of the youth and leaders to enable them to face the challenges of the future.

Mr. Zahid Mahboob

Dir. Adult Training

Responsible for the coordination and management of Adult Training designed to provide Adult Trainings with Mentoring, Leadership Development, and supervision to young adults to form partnerships and lead the community. 

Mr. Liaqat Ali Awan

Dir. Youth Program

Responsible for the coordination and management of Youth Programme designed to provide youth with Mentoring, Leadership Development, Educational support, and supervision to youth and young adults to form partnerships with the community. Creating a climate supporting teamwork and serves as a link among stakeholders.

Dir. Resource Development

Responsible for Human Resources and Financial Resources development of Pakistan Boy Scouts Association. Support to the Director Adult Training and Director Youth Program for the smooth running of Adults Training and Youth Program.

National coordinator Environment

Working towards the empowerment of youth for the realisation of SDGs. Scouts for SDGs is a coordinated contribution of over 50 million youth across the globe. Prerogative is to insure scouts of Pakistan contribute positively and take action for he SDGS through initiatives such as Earth Tribe, Scouts Go Solar, Panda badge, Tide Turner Plastic challenge and many other such scout-led initiatives.
